Shipping and pickup

In-stock orders placed before 2 PM Monday through Friday normally ship the same business day. Orders placed later, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day. Pre-orders ship after stock arrives.

Orders ship from Winnipeg, Manitoba. Tracking is emailed when available. Delivery estimates are carrier estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Free local pickup is available; the pickup address and instructions are provided directly to confirmed customers.

Returns and order issues

Use our secure contact form within 7 days of delivery if an item is damaged, incorrect, or missing. Include the order number and clear photos of the package and product so we can make it right.

No returns or exchanges are accepted for sealed products. All sealed collectible products are final sale. Opened trading-card products, individual cards, clearance items, and correctly supplied special orders are also final sale. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Approved resolutions for damaged, incorrect, or missing items exclude original shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or arrived damaged.

Privacy

We collect the contact, delivery, and order information required to process purchases, provide support, prevent fraud, and operate the customer portal. Card details are handled directly by Square and are not stored by Canova Collectibles.

When analytics are enabled, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Meta may receive device and browsing information through cookies or similar technologies. We do not sell customer information. Use the secure contact form to ask about your personal information or request correction or deletion where applicable.

Terms of service

Prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Inventory can change quickly; placing an order does not guarantee fulfillment until payment and stock are confirmed. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any collected payment.

Product images are representative. Packaging may have minor manufacturer or transit variation. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information. These terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba, Canada.
